Canon PRINT App Reviews

It work on my computer, but not on my phone! Tried to install for hours and nothing.

Several attempts and the app wont connect - followed everything correctly, and I see the reviewers here / Im not alone. Canon needs to get off their ar$e and fix it.

Whats the problem? Works perfectly on iPad mini iOS 9.x, air print to Canon MG2929

I wouldnt even give this one star. The printer didnt even connect. It kept saying that it cant find the printer. Dont waste your money on a cannon printer if you are an apple user!!!!

I cant connect my ipad to my selphy cp910. It used to be so easy before. Fix this.

Doing what it was design for, and doing it well. May be a little bit more settings will be good an useful. But it is good enough now.

Just bought MG3540, download this app, but it dont see the printer and I cant understand how to setup it wirelessly???

This app was perfect to save time but now doesnt work. Please fix it soon! 2nd It would be really appreciate if past already scanned docs could be opened in other apps; its just possible printing it!

Had canon iepp app worked great. Every time I used it I got a notification to upgrade to this. Now I cant connect my mobile devices to scanner/printer with either app. It was so simple and easy before. Nope why leave it be, thanks canon.

Just absolutely fing worthless. My printer is connected and registered, yet when I go to print my document it states "no AirPrinter" found. No sh** Sherlock. Im trying to use my Canon to print. The old app worked just fine for this, but now isnt compatible with the new iOS for some reason, so I cant print documents in attachments anymore. The people who design these apps are absolute morons. Make these things work for regular people that have an at home canon printer and just want to be able to print stuff from their iPhone/iPad. Doesnt seem like it should be that hard considering the age we live in. Idiots.

It allows me to select print size, paper type, and other options that AirPrint alone doest allow. Just what I was looking for for my Canon MG62200 series printer. Results are fast and great quality. Love it.

This app works well enough but is it really that difficult to offer a few more features? You cant size, crop, or even choose to do 2 wallet size pictures on one page. There are MANY other simple features they could have added into the app making it much better to print directly from phone/tablet to printer. I dont want to have to do a ton of editing on the computer before printing. I expected much more from canon.

Brutal app, brutal printers, brutal customer support - previous Canon printer less than a year old, stopped working. Lack of support forced me to buy a new one. Struggling to set this up.

Straight up garbage!

I have a Selphy CP printer and the original app has now been replaced with this app. This app is horrible. It does not print photos to match the photo on phone. It cuts off part of picture and you cant rotate any pics before printing. Full body pictures are printed by cutting off head and bottom of feet. This is a waste of an app if its not going to print the photo the way the original picture is.
