Doesnt recognize printer. First printer in 25 years I have considered taking back. Hours of frustration.

Worked fine until the update, very frustrating as we cant print things for kids home work and such. And I cant find another canon app that will work.

Printer is not recognized by network or any of my devices. Canon support does not respond to help request....just garbage!

Please fix since the last update we cant use our printer as it cant find…… so annoying.

One star is too much, as app will not find printer from any of my devices. Literally useless!

I read bad reviews, but installed anyway. I confirm it does work. You must have your printer on the same wifi network as the phone/tablet. The printer has to be already set up as a wireless printer on your network, (if you were using it with your computer that is a given). The app finds documents on google drive, Dropbox, & other connected apps like Pages.

This app does nothing, fails at step 1. A zero star rating needs to be created for apps like this.

Perfect app. Was what I needed to use for new printer. Able to change formats etc.

I find it totally unsatisfactory that you have a product on the market that claims it works with IOS devices that doesnt, especially when looking at other reviews which indicate it once did work. It seems like a cheap ploy to get people to buy a new printer. I for one will never trust another Canon product again.

This app doesnt show what Im printing on screen. When I click on Easy print, it takes me online like I have to register or something! I shouldnt need to do that to print. Prefer the old app which worked well! Why fix it if it aint broken!

I work in IT and I found this harder to set up than it should be. Once I got it to print pictures it wasnt too bad but now I discov that when attempting to print documents it cant find the printer, while picture printing works fine. Internet resources arent helpful to resolve this, probably going to have to call the company or return the printer, probably both.

Found my canon printer automatically and works perfect.

Dont buy a canon print for iOS get something better that actually works and is less of a pain to set up .

This is an excellent app. Once you register your printer this app is really great, it is the easiest way to print pictures. Now I do most of my printing using this app. It is very easy to set up which paper you use and the size of picture that you are printing. I hardly ever use my PC to print pictures any more. Note I use the Apple SD to Lightning adapter to load pictures into my IPad or IPhone. This is the best way to load high quality pictures into an IPad.

Works well with Pixma MX420 but can you please put an option for duplex printing as well as choice to print in grayscale. Thanks!

The old app used to work. This one doesnt. It cant print from websites and it doesnt find documents on my iPad in order to print. Completely useless and disappointing. Canon, come on you can do better. Please fix this. Trying to use with a Canon MX 410.

Parts of my images always get cut off. There is no option to scale or edit my image it self so it fits within the print box.... I can only pick paper sizes but that doesnt change the image in the preview box. Please fix... There is no point in keeping the app or printer if all my images are cut off. The app also has stopped connecting with the printer. I have tried over and over but still nothing. I have also deleted and downloaded again the app can nothing. Now it cant even find the printer.

Cant print documents with iOS, only pictures

Welcome to the 21st century! They landed a man on the moon in the 60s but Canon cant get their head around an App for their printers. Crap and fail......

How is it that after using the app to scan to my iPad I couldnt find the files? They were saved in PDF format and saved directly to the device. When I finally found them, I couldnt delete them to free up space, and I could only access them through the print documents section! Thats outrageous! I had to send them to another app to get work done. Please fix this!! Make the files much more accessible and by the way, how do I delete them from within the app.?
