I bought the MG 2920 printer to use with my iPads wirelessly, the box clearly states that it works with mobile devices but it should say -except Apple. Spent 3 hours trying to set it up - downloaded the PIXMA app but get the same problem " cant find any air printers" What a waste of time and money. Would love to give it and the salesman who recommended it a minus rating.

Would be nice to see OneDrive cloud support also for your various users. You seem to be promoting Google only products. I have this but I also have OneDrive. Support for all popular cloud service would be good. I cannot continue to support a product that did not specify Google product only before purchasing my CANON printer.

Most basic functions are there, but some aspect should be added/perfected: - App did not recognized my printer at first, even though the printer was on the right Wi-Fi network. Had to reconfigure the network a second time on my printer. - Resolution/quality setting should be added in the printing and scanning modules. - Ink level should be available - UI is a bit cheezy. You should take exemple on the HP app, which is simple and very professional. It looks a lot more like a dashboard.

Shouldnt have to have a bachelors degree in software engineering to connect a wireless printer in IOS....

Works fine on all but my iPad mini 1st gen. Wish that this could be fixed as it would help a lot with scanning documents.

All I was looking for was a way to scan documents from my printer directly to my phone, and for this purpose it was fabulous. If youre not looking to do anything fancy (scan and email the documents) this app is great. Also worked with my canon MX479 which isnt listed as compatible and was a lovely surprise.

Extremely annoyed that I bought my Canon printer, which specified on the box that it was compatible with Apple, yet my iPad Air will not recognize this printer unless I do a ridiculous work around. I have to copy any pics I want and then paste into either a Pages or Keynote document, then choose "open with another App," choose this Pixma/Maxify App and then when it finally opens in the App, I have to select custom print options to print!! It should not require this much effort just to print a photo and be recognized by a device that was stated to be compatible. Shame on you Canon!

Downloaded app, connected scanned and printed in less than three minutes! I love things that just work! Would be even more perfect if I could set resolutions and a few other settings which are available in my MacBook Image Garden suite, but no big deal. They are all set to where I need them on the printer itself.

Will not print no matter which method I use to try to connect. I can check printer status but thats all.

Have tried everything and I cannot get the printer to connect to my IPad. For whatever reason the app cant find the printer on the WI-FI but my laptop can!

Please fix, since the last update my devices cannot find my printer. Work great up until the update.

Still no colour or greyscale options, obviously because your sales on printer ink will go down if people dont print in colour... Still no portrait or landscape printing options. These options are fundamental to a printing app. At least we can print without apples air print which is why you get 1 star! Good work Johnny!

That my mg5320 was a recognized AirPrint printer, or could print from within apps on my iPad.

I dont really understand why Canon needs to update this app or release new versions when the one before works perfectly fine. This new version has no support for my printer and the set up process became way more complicated. Listen to your consumers more canon...youre losing customers.

What happened to this app? Cant connect my printer anymore. Please do something about this...

I use it mainly to connect to my Canon MP495 for scanning and it works every time! Plus the new UI refresh from the previous app is fantastic. Like!
