Canons hardware even in 2025 is stupidly hindered by their dated software. I haven’t had a canon printer since 2013 and my new one uses the same old setup process which does not work. I work in IT and can’t get this pixma to connect for the life of me. Will be returning tomorrow for an Epson

Very good printer high-quality, and can print color one of the biggest things I needed I also quite enjoy printing out little quotes for my depressed best friend.

Worst printer ever I won’t buy another canon ever again. It barely works, takes a long time and malfunction daily.

Took over an hour to connect and printer never stays connected to WiFi. Randomly connects to my neighbors network and tells me I’m on the wrong network. Spend more money, don’t buy this

I really like the printer, but I’m having so much problems setting it up with my phone. I got it set up, but it won’t print anything. It runs through the hole thing about printing, but the paper is blank. It’s a good printer. I just don’t know how to do it.

The colors are not as sharp as my last canon printer

I love this app. It can be used with all if the printers in the family, even when visiting relatives out of town

This app is a lifesaver!! If you work on the go, this is a must have!!

Nothing on the canon app is compatible with this printer, it isn’t user friendly! It’s so frustrating to work with.

Unlike HP, canon app will not print from within almost every app. I’m not talking about the standard print button. I’m talking about HP smart print. If you write something in notes, you have to save in documents and then it will show in the Canon app.

This printer is just being used as a copier because I can’t get it to print from my phone. As a printer, it seems to be Junk.

Not user friendly, not printing, checked everything to no avail!

So I could only zoom in on a picture but can’t zoom out if I want to print something other than that of the size of the entire piece of paper (letter size in this case)…Who thought of adding the ability to zoom in but not zoom out??

Worked very easily from my I-phone 15 to print a document out on my printer in short order. It gave me a preview and options to print with and was simple for me to use.

Easy and fast

I’ve never had this much trouble printing from my Google docs. Usually I click on it and prince. This is ridiculous and your instructions don’t work. I didn’t spend $200 on PRINT or not people to use it.. Screw you canon

This is the worst user friendly app I have ever used. What good is this app? It is so difficult to get my printer connected to our WiFi and it should not be. I personally do not recommend purchasing a canon printer if this is the app that needs to be used.

This printer doesn’t connect to the app or AirPrint ! The app always say offline

When it works I have the best printer/scanner/copier in the business. But the app continually disconnects in the middle of a request and communication is interrupted. Connect again and same. So frustrating when something is needed immediately and should be so simple.

I threw away all my HP printers in favor of my current Canon ink well unit. Smartest move I ever made

It nothing printing or coming out there’s not ink on the paper but there’s ink in the printer.

Cannon printer won’t reinstall I had it installed switch out my router but it didn’t install was a great printer but switched it up to Epson I can only use it from my phone or iPad but I think there’s a workaround for my computer go into settings and find the print page then go up to the top of the page and put the name of the printer in and I can print off my computer I used to love my cannon ts3220 printer it anymore it be going to the electronics recycling out in liverpool ny

Great color and easy

So far the printer works! The ink quality is not consistent ( sometimes clear printed documented, other times faded colored prints). I have only used this printer five times so far! The instructions for installing softwares are not quite direct! Still cannot print documents in black & white!

I was skeptical it would work but no issues printing to my old canon laser WiFi printer from my iPad

I just bought it and I am having such a difficult time . It seems very cheap and flimsy. I will calling to see If I can return it.

Awesome printer a must buy for home use A+ setup.

The ts3320 was awesome with no paper jams & good color but would not COPY a 4x6 .. prints a miniature in the corner of the new PRINT. I bought a new canon TS 3722 Which made 10 - 4 x 6 copies perfectly but day 2 only copied as a miniature I think I’m going to return it. Unless somebody can tell me what is going on.

Sometimes it prints, sometimes it doesn’t, it prints in landscape when I don’t want to!

I had a H-P 4500jet printer and it stopped working for no reason. I did my research between Printer brands and found the Canon TS3722 to be the best price and capability for the price. I can print scan and much more directly from my I phone via Wireless connection. I love my new Canon !! Recommend to family and friends!!

Why everything needs to be so complicated with Canon is beyond me. Connecting to the internet, connecting the app to the printer…nothing likes to connect with Canon. Power outage 10 minutes? Printer needs to be reconfigured. Change out modem or router? Printer needs to be reconfigured. No app needed for wireless printing. App needed for wireless printing. New app needed for printing…. Come on Canon!! Be more user friendly, will ya!!

Here’s your updated review with the additional points: Pointless GPS, Forced Account, and Doesn’t Even Work! Why does this app constantly demand GPS access? There’s ZERO reason for a printer app to track my location. And why do I need a Canon account just to print or scan on a device I already own? This is completely unnecessary. All the app should do is: 1.Connect to the printer 2.Print, scan, or send faxes That’s it! Stop adding pointless barriers to basic functionality! And it FAILS at the functional part: It doesn’t find my printer—even though it’s fully online, and I can print via AirPrint without issues. Meanwhile, while searching for the printer, I get a barrage of privacy notifications (Location access) from my iPhone…

I have never seen a printer more unreliable than this one. Every time I use it I spend way more time getting it to work than it takes to print once I get it working. If I would throw it in the trash it would eliminate the aggravation of trying to print with it. I’ve owned other Canon printers before and I don’t know if they sold out to another company or what but this is junk.

It took a few days trying to set up.Do yourself a favor call canon customer support and have them walk you through it you’ll save yourself time and headaches.Once the printer is set up it working great very pleased with it so far
