Unfortunate

Im not going to list the problems I have with this software. Many are mentioned in other reviews, and a complete list would take much more time than I care to spend. If they *have* a Quality Assurance department, Im sure theyd have advised against releasing it like this.

Frankly, all I wanted from it was a feature mentioned more than once in the description. I wanted it to tell me how much ink is left in which cartridge and the part numbers of the cartridges. (Yes, I know I could push buttons on the printer to find that info, but I had planned to grab a screenshot and print it for my wife to use when she dropped by the store.) Well, regardless of what the description says, I cant find it. Anywhere. So, either the description here in the store is inaccurate, or Ive read it wrong or its buried somewhere behind a poorly thought out interface or some other unrelated feature.

So, at least for the purpose I intended, it was useless.
