iOS 7.1 em um iPad Air... Não consigo imprimir documento. Acredito que o aplicativo não está atualizado para o iOS 7.1 e deve ter parado de funcionar.

O programa nao aceita! Péssimo!

I bought this wireless printer (Pixma Ix6820) specifically to be used with my iPhone as I do not have a desktop/laptop. After hours of trying to connect to wi-fi (router and printer are in the same room)….and sitting through about 15 “….searching” attempts (3 minutes long each) Had to press the “WPS” button (not labeled that so I pressed the only button I did have) on the router while holding the Wi-fi link button for 3 seconds on the printer)…..only to find once the printer was discovered it would not print on my 11”x17” printer paper because that size isn’t listed in the available print sizes in the app. (Although the website will tell you 11x17 is a standard US acceptable size) Tried the A3 setting which is supposed to be closest in size to 11x17. Nope! The printer will pretend to print and shoot out a blank sheet while throwing a code and blinking orange light. The apparent “fix” for this is updating the printer driver….which is only available on a DESKTOP operating system. This app, printer and company are a hot mess.

This printer has a lot of problems staying online…it’s been very frustrating.

Cut off bottom of every page now have to go buy 80 worth of ink to reprint !!! NOT HAPPY !!!

I was able to print out 4 sheets before the app stopped allowing me to complete jobs.

When I print a photo directly from my drawing program, I get lines through the printed image. Printing on normal cheap paper? Image was fine. When I tried printing on cardstock or photo paper? Lines through the image. I ran every maintenance test. Multiple times. After 40 or so wasted pieces of paper, I finally exported the image to the printer app and I don’t get lines. It makes zero sense. I don’t want to have to use the app to get a photo with no lines.

I am a fine artist, and I have struggled for years, figuring out how to make prints of my artwork. Watch a YouTube video on your app and I am shocked at how easy this is!!

Will not print my whole document and is disoriented.

I scanned the QR code in the printed manual as directed, so I could install the app on my iPhone. I was directed to this App Store to download the app.Unfortunately,Canon is too lazy to make sure that it actually has installed the apps for all of its printers! For this reason, my model was not on the list which Canon forces you to use. Canon kept saying that I had made a mistake. Well I hadn't. It's just Canon DOESN'T CARE ABOUT ITS CUSTOMERS. It gets even worse: when you try to install everything that Canton tells you to install step-by-step and you look to see if it has a padlock iconIn theBrowser bar to show that it is secure, you find that it is NOT SECURE and CanonMakes countless thousands of people open and vulnerable to viruses and hacking into their phones. Why? Because Canon DOESN'T CARE ABOUT ITS CUSTOMERS. That's why. I'll bet that some overseas Canon slave is going to Get an order from a computer to write a fake message that says the Canonjust feels awful that this has happened, And then write that I should tell Canton which model printer is in question, When the truth is that That's the company's job, not the Customer's job. Canon doesn't care about Its Customers.If it did, it would publish a phone number where Customers, could call and speak to an actual American human being who is actually well trained and is not a gig worker, but it is a competent employee and the Phone would be answered promptly, and canon Customers, would get the help they need. But that's not going to happen, now is it? Why? Because Canon doesn't care about its Customers!!!

Love that I can use the office printer with my own iPhone!

The unwieldy interface makes everything a challenge.

It may just be me but I can’t even print in black and white because the format that the form was on is in color and it’s really a light gray I think is the problem not able to make it print in black and white everything seems to be really complicated compared to all other printers I’ve used

I’ve been using the app for about a week now, and I absolutely love it. The way I can print really high-quality images from photos to greeting cards, to flyers, it is incredible. Such a game changer. Absolutely love it!

Never download a software update if you plan on using your printer. For some reason, a printer that’s work perfectly fine for the better part of two years now jams on every print job. Same paper being used, no issues with the paper itself.

Makes printing with my Canon printer so easy and the settings for paper; ie. matte vs gloss picture paper setting really do matter for quality!!

Everything works absolute fine and I 100% recommend this app if you can’t print off of your computer! 💯✅

Sure the app works from what i can tell, but i shouldn't need an app to use my printer from my phone...

Useless, so frustrating to try to do a simple task as to double sided print!!! This is so complicated and annoying!!!!
