I just have a ton of issues with getting my iPad to actually connect, and instructions online are not very clear. It might be because the area I am in does not have great internet, and my WiFi likes to go in and out, but I probably spend 30 minutes trying to connect my iPad to the printer every time I want to print something.

On the preview the whole document shows, but it only prints part of the first page. Canon Print has not been very reliable.

Connection to printer works when it wants too. Everything in house connects fine but this app is trash.

I truly enjoy scrapbooking. I am doing a scrapbook for each of my children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. I hope to do this before I pass away.

Can’t get a picture to print out. The printer is connected to my phone because I am controlling it from the phone but it prints blank paper. I’m frustrated with this lack of communication between my phone and the printer. Not sure if it’s worth the hassle to keep trying to figure it out.

Just great that I can now print things on my iPad from anywhere in the house.

There doesn’t appear to be an option to crop/adjust my image size before printing. When I use the virtual assistant it doesn’t recognize my printer type and can’t help me.

No adjustments for print sizes, prints full sheets of paper only, would be nice to have either a “shrink size” or “percentage size” or “ how many per page “ size , but sadly the developer stopped short of the end goal,

I waste soooo much paper and ink on half printed jobs that give an error less than half way though. Definitely going with a different brand next time.

Not built like they used to be. So many issues and no automatic configurations for a lot of things. Trouble shooting is very poorly worded. Not even a print order list in this app or anything about account login or admin creation. Terribly synced together as this app just leads to a whole bunch of web pages that your info won’t work for. But maybe your luck will be better than mine. 100% a lemon.

I buy a TS3722 and follow all the instructions on the app and never find the printer so I’ll return the printer first thing tomorrow morning and remove the app

Just spent 900.00 on the new Prograff-310, and this app is a very underwhelming companion to a very sophisticated printer. There are no editing tools to speak of, and I am especially frustrated with the inability to customize the size of the prints. I like to print 12x12 prints, but it will not let me adjust the border to that size or any alternative size for that matter. This app needs a serious update adding a few more editing elements.

Well, it’s totally going strong, just got it. Took awhile to log up. Had to look online, but nevertheless I am terrible at instructions, it said it clear there but yeah. Nice prints, basic options , just the slabs of work and given items and bam, not yet tested the photos but sure it will be great!

I am now printing documents from my phone. Easy to set up! Thank you.

Canon MG3620 will not connect to wireless system. No matter how many times I go thru set up tutorial, my phone, which is connected to WiFi cannot find printer.

I wish it simply worked through Bluetooth, changing from WiFi to printer is a pain

When I print I only get option to change to color or monochrome and all my prints come out dull with color and blank on monochrome …how can I change to just black???

It failed to connect my MX492 to the WiFi. It never gave an option to enter the WiFi password. Restarting the app and trying again just caused the app to freeze completely. 0 stars.

I needed a printer, I got this one on my son’s recommendation. It has been confusing, but in general has been relatively easy to learn.

I’ve had my Canon for a few years. Along with the app, it has done everything asked. The app really is so easy to use.

I had this set up and printing from my phone in less than 15 minutes.

I have had this printer for about ten years and it is still going strong. It cost more than those cheap ink jets, but it has been worth every penny I saved a ton of money on ink cartridges only.

My printer is no longer supported and stopped working when I upgraded to windows 11. Thanks to this app I can still use my printer for my occasional needs. Thanks for saving me from having to buy a new printer!

I don’t know why they screwed this up but I can’t even find support as they want me to only use the app and it doesn’t print from the web as well as the iPhone print feature. Was able to do it recently and even trying to remove this app but it’s like a virus! And Canon won’t help me! Can’t print from my iPad or Iphine as of yesterday. Was able to get a few and then stopped letting me. Only prints if I use their app and then I have to waste paper and ink as it does the entire website page instead of just the “print” part intended to be printed.

Wow this.... This is bad. IMPRESSIVELY bad! You know those horrible companion apps used by generic Chinese smartwatches and those bluetooth recipe printers? Yeah, those apps are better then this. Incredible really, I didn't think you could get even worse then those.

Getting the MG3620 to work via my phone using this app is an exercise in futility. The app is antique. I’ve had to find back door methods to get some documents to print through iPhone Files, Google Drive or photos. Sometimes it works. Sometimes not. This app doesn’t help.

My printer no longer works after denying their new conditions, which was said to be optional; it is now turning into every other service without the subscription. I was so proud to be a canon owner but now I am on the lookout for a new product that does not enforce you to agree to their data collection and make your device worthless. Thank you for ruining a perfectly decent product.

Love it

Doesn’t work well with WiFi printing from iPhone. Have to stay in app during entire print process or it cancels, cannot continue work, not idea for office use.

Interface is not intuitive and has less features compared to the HP print app

It just simply doesn’t work. I spent the last hour trying to print a document. Continuously says it’s busy, but there is printer is not busy with anything. Unhelpful, disorganized UI. Buy a different brand of printer.

Don’t buy it

I have to register the printer every time I go to use it. It’s a struggle doesn’t connect to my Wi-Fi. It’s just a waste of time. It worked OK at first I thought it was gonna be perfect but when I went to use it again after it was very difficult to use it the first time I had to go to the same thing over again I was guided by the agent and he said oh you can connect directly next time and connect. how about next time I do the same thing again and I still haven’t been able to make progress. I’m so frustrated. I’m taking it back. I want my money back.

This app is great, helps me print anything, no issues, just overall amazing app.

Printer is doing a lot of smudging and the lettering is hard to visually see and important information looks like your vision is seeing double. Looks like this printer gets to go back to Walmart!

I have had many printers in my life time!!! This home / office printer is the best i have had. it connects to my phone from anywhere in house (5,000sq ft). prints 2 sided or one. I love it. I had had 4 months.
